Service Description

This booking is for those who would like to lose weight or improve their health outcomes through ongoing, weekly support. This is the best way to achieve results and make progress that really lasts long-term. I support you for atleast 12 weeks which includes a 1:1 appointment every 12 weeks, and weekly check-ins through a safe, private, messaging app. In the initial appointment we set your goals, then week by week I provide you with a plan and focus for the week, a chance to reflect on how you are going, and any relevant recipes, resources, tools that will help to progress you closer to losing weight and boosting energy levels. The ongoing support is the most effective way of making long-term diet change and changing only one thing at a time means that changes are realistic and easy to fit into your lifestyle. The approach that I take involves habit building, so that when we finish working together, you have created months' worth of new, effective habits that you can maintain for life. This means that your results are maintained long-term too! So no yo-yo dieting, strict difficult diets, or being on/ off track. While working with me through this ongoing 1:1 support- you will also have access to the entire Uplift platform, programs, meal plans, recipes, and all inclusions. Once you have booked your initial appointment- you will automatically be sent an email with your booking details and will receive an invoice shortly after this. Once your invoice is paid, your booking is confirmed. I look forward to working with you!
