Women's Weight Loss & Wellness Package

As I Dietitian I have worked with hundreds of women who are confused about what to eat, wondering why they aren't losing weight, and consistently feeling guilty and deprived. This is not a way to live!

 

I have created a weight loss package for women only, to teach and empower them to boost their energy levels, improve their sleep, regulate their hormones, eat without guilt, and look after themselves. 

This is not a quick fix- this is a structured package with education on science-based nutrition guidelines, and an in-depth look into your personal diet.

 

What does the package include?
  • 2x 1:1 consultations with Alex which cover a full health and diet assessment, goal setting, meal planning, and specific nutrition advice.
     

  • 1x 30-50 minute nutrition seminar each week for 6 weeks - facilitated by Alex and pre-recorded so that you can watch in your own time, in the comfort of your home.
     

  • These seminars will teach you: 

    • How to lose weight when you feel that you are already doing all the right things

    • Which health conditions and nutrient deficiencies can inhibit weight loss

    • How to measure progress- it's not just about weight and scales!

    • How much more there is to weight loss than calories in vs. calories out- the ins and outs of metabolism, digestion of food and the impact it has on our hunger and appetite regulation.

    • How to meal plan and prep for each week

    • How to navigate eating out, socialising, or events that are structured around food. 

    • Why we aren't doing what we know we should be doing - and it's not because we don't have enough willpower! 

    • Why we crave sugar and how to adjust the diet to prevent sugar cravings

    • How to improve sleep and boost energy 

    • Ways to show your body self-care without food

    • How your diet can impact on health conditions (cancer risk, heart disease, and diabetes)

    • How to eat forever without guilt- mindful and intuitive eating and how to trust your body

    • How you can stop dieting before events, depriving yourself of the foods that you love, and feeling like you are constantly "falling off the wagon" or "needing to get back on track"
       

  • Weekly email reflections and support with Alex for 6 weeks. 
     

  • 6- week meal planner complete with recipes, and shopping lists created by Alex to give you family friendly, lower-calorie evening meals
     

  • Resources and tools to use to plan your meals, get organised with your meal preparation, and look after your body through food and nutrients.

FAQ's:

I am busy. How much time does this take each week?

 

This package was designed with busy women in mind. Which is why it should take you no longer than 2 hours/ week. This includes time to watch your weekly session, consult with Alex each week, and complete your weekly goals and reflections. The seminars are optional- but highly beneficial and women who have watched them have gained alot from them.

Is this interactive or all online?

 

Very interactive and completely personalized! Your consultations with Alex and weekly check ins provide opportunity for you to interact and discuss your progress, success, and challenges with a real person- not a robot! Your weekly webinars and emails are written and recorded by Alex and allow you to work at your own pace, from the comfort of your home. It's basically just working with Alex 1:1- but with loads of beneficial extras!

Do I get a meal plan?


When you work with Alex, you will receive a meal plan that is specific for your goals and lifestyle. In addition to this, you will receive weekly meal plans throughout the program so that you don't have to think about what to have for dinner at all! 


How much does it cost? 


The package is valued at over $600 but is offered for only $349 total. No extra hidden costs anywhere. 

 

Do I complete any work with a group?


There is no group work in this package. The weekly seminars begin at a dedicated date each month but your 1:1's and weekly sessions with Alex are completely personalized, confidential, and specific only to you. You can work at your own pace, and everything that you work on with Alex in your weekly sessions is individual.

When does it start/ end? 

You can begin at any time! However, in order for Alex to provide her full focus and attention to each client, the number of people she is able to work with at once is limited. Contact Alex to find out her availability and to see if this package is right for you.
